Workshop on Management of Learning Disabilities
Central Travancore Psychiatric Society & Indian Psychiatric Society, Rehabilitation Specialty in association Inspire Trust (Institute for Social Personal, Integrated Development and Research) are organizing a workshop on the topic Management of Learning Disabilities at Kottayam. Hotel Arcadia, near K.S.R.T.C Kottayam is the venue for this event. This workshop will be held under the leadership of eminent faculty members from United Kingdom on 22nd August 2010.
The workshop will bring together Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social workers, Researchers, Special school teachers, Counsellors besides many others who are interested in creating awareness for support and research in Learning Disabilities and Mental Retardation.
The host team is coordinated by Dr.Biji Paul George(President,CTP), Dr.N.D. Mohan(Secretary,CTP),Dr.V.K. Radhakrishnan(Chairman, Rehabilitation Specialty,I.P.S) and Dr. Varghese Punnoose(Treasurer, CTP).

The total seats available are 60. The participants need to confirm their participation before 18th August. The fee for registration is Rs 300. The registration fee includes morning coffee, evening tea with snacks and lunch for one day. Those who want accommodation need to contact before 20th August 2010
A participation certificate will be issued at the end of the programme to all those who complete the one day conference.
