British council launched scholarships for higher education aspirants. The scholarship is of 3 lakhs Rupees for 8 Indian students. This is for the post graduate courses in the foreign universities where IELTS is compulsory. The student visa rules were recently revised by Australia and this made a decrease in the number of students writing IELTS.
