The application form and course details are available at IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in.  The filled application forms should be posted along with an attached DD of Rs. 750 to Director, Research Unit, Room No 14, Block 6, IGNOU, Maiden Garhi, New Delhi-110068. The last date for the receipt of application is October 11, 2010.
