E-Toilet, the fully automated public toilet with automated payment collection, door opening, flushing, floor cleaning, sterilising and cleaning system. Kerala’s first E Toilet is set up near in the premises of Kanakakunnu palace. Dea Celera Electronic Devices Private Ltd, a Technopark based company is the developers for this new system. E Toilet variants ranges from Rs. 2 lakh to 7 lakh. Special SMS alert is also set up for checking and ensuring the proper working of the system. Special SMS alert mechanisms are designed to check the water level and power backup. Message will be also sent to authorities if a person uses the toilet for more than 20 minutes. E-Toilets are solar powered and are having power backup using batteries.
Misfortune hunts Tintu
Unfortunately Tintu was not able to perform well yesterday. P. T Usha told media that it was due to the extreme pressure from the media and unexpected heavy applauses from audiences made her down. Tintu finished in the 6th place. Even though she was able to lead in the first rounds, the heavy pressure made her down.
