Online Booking in KSRTC Pamba Buses
Minister for Transport Adv Jose Tettayil has told media that there will be Online ticket reservation system for KSRTC Pamba Buses. This facility will be available in 12 centres including Bangalore and Coimbatore. This will be also possible in Pamba and Chenganoor. 50 Inter State services will be there from Pamba. 350 additional bus services will be implemented in Pamba route during the Sabarimala Season(Mandala Kalam). 150 new buses are arranged for this. 1000 buses will be there for the Makaravilakku season. In the first phase there will be 100 buses in the Nilakkal route. 20 buses will be there from Chenganoor, 24 from Kottayam, 15 from Pathanamthitta, 11 from Erumely, and 9 from Kottarakkara. Discussions will be made with forest department for the early launch of services in the Kumily-Uppupara route.
