Kerala property Expo 2010 will be conducted on 6th, 7th and 8th of August 2010 at Marine Drive. This is the finest housing exhibition of Kerala and is organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI). Kerala property expo 2010 showcases finest apartments, villas, commercial and retail projects all under one single roof. The exhibition features properties of all budget ranges. Ongoing projects as well as ready to occupy projects and finance options are also exhibited here. Special and attractive low interest housing loans are also featured. The expo is opened to visitors from 10 am to 8pm. Around 45 builders and 10 financial institutions are participating in this expo.
