Kerala which is marked as the Gods own Country in the World Tourism Map has now literally become the land of strikes. Life in Kerala has become very miserable with the strikes. Today onwards the Private Bus Strike along with the Strike of a Transport Bus union started. It was just a week ago another strike in the name of Hartal occurred. The productivity and the working atmosphere in the state is decreasing day by day. The officers as well as the students are unable to attend the offices and schools during the strike days. Many destructive actions are done by the people organizing the strikes. The destruction of public properties has become a routine of the strikes. Much of the state’s resourced are ruined during the strikes.

Consider the case of the strike occurred at last week. About 40 KSRTC buses and Government vehicles are attacked by the strike people. The people of Kerala are now fed up with these strikes. In most of these strikes, people going to hospitals are badly affected. The people organizing the strikes are having no mercy or human feelings. In fact most strikes are for certain personal gains. Destructive strikes cannot gain anything good. People need to be vigilant against the hidden agenda behind these strikes. Once the people starts neglecting the strikes, Kerala can once more become the Gods own country.
