Commerce minister for the state Mr. Thomas Issac said that the online customer support will get opened by January second week. The complaints regarding various departments of commerce can be registered through this call center.

The new call center can support 4 languages that include Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil. A unique token number will be provided to all the callers. The contact details of the government Officer for the issue will be send as SMS to the callers mobile number. The status of the issue resolution process can be checked online. The new system will be a great boon for both traders as well as the government. This can save a lot of time and complications in the government operations.
