(25-01-2010) Kerala Government launched its Job portal “careerskerala.gov.in” today. The inauguration is done by Kerala Chief Minister Mr.V.S. Achuthanandan. The website contains a huge database of jobs. It brings before us the opportunities from various fields. It will be a great boon to the Job seekers of the state. The job portal of the state is developed by C-Dit which is an initiative of Kerala Government itself.

We Pravasi Malayalees (NRKs) in the Gulf need the help of these kind of informations to relocate ourselves back to Kerala in the event of losing our jobs due to the prevailing financial recession. In most cases Pravasi Malayalees are above the age-limit of 35 years for a placement in banks, governmental and semi governmental institutions. We Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission which was established in 1996 is running through its large network of 1500 authorized computer centres. The registration number is S/47172/03.After this mission formed its own autonomous body and formed “Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission Trust” and got it registered through Charitable Trust Act 1882 u/s 17(work place whole India) and now both the organizations are working under the same roof whose registration no. is 4286/IV. The registered office of the mission is situated in New Delhi and the Head Office is in Kota, Rajasthan. The work area of the organization is whole democracy of India.
