DATE ROLL
An easy to make recipe for the ones interested in trying out something new.Even if you are a fresher in cooking,DATE ROLL will always come out gud..So dont hesitate to try it at your homes..
Ingredients
Dates – 250gms
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Butter – 125gms
Egg - one(beated using egg beater)
Marie biscuit – 1 packet(crushed using chappathi roller)
Method
Melt butter in a pan.Add sugar and stir till it melts.Add the chopped dates and cook till the mix becomes brown.Keep of from fire.When the mix is warm add the beated egg and crushed biscuits and stir well.Divide the mix into different rolls and refrigerate for some time.Cut into small pieces after sometime and share it with your dear ones.
