Miss Kerala 2010
The HairOmax Miss Kerala 2010 contest will be held tomorrow (05-08-2010) at Le Meridian convention. The event starts by 6.30 pm. Miss Kerala 2010 is organized and managed by Impresario event management group. Hairomax is the chief sponsor of the event and the crown for Miss Kerala 2010 is sponsored by Azmi. In this Final round there are 22 contestants. They are presenting themselves in the final stage after 10 days training. The training includes communication, personality development, ramp walking etc. The training is coordinated by Mayuri Joshi who is a pageant trainer.
Sari, Casual, Fusion and Gown are the four rounds of the final contest. The judging committee includes famous personals from Media, Fashion and Entertainment domains. Various other titles such as first runner up, second runner up, Hairomax Miss talent, Hairomax Miss Beautiful hair, Sumangali Miss Beautiful skin, Cuticura Mis radiant , Time ads Miss perfect ten, Club FM miss voice, Titan Miss sensuality, Asset home Miss Congeniality, Parinaya Miss beautiful smile, Miss beautiful eyes and Miss photogenic are also awaiting the contestants.

Kalyan Sarees now at Trivandrum
The well known textile people Kalyan Sarees are opening their Trivandrum showroom on 23 July 2010. This new showroom is at Kizhakkekotta. The showroom inauguration will be at 9.30 am by Film star Jayaram and Shriya Saran will inaugurate the saree floor. Kalyan sarees at Trivandrum is in 6 floors. The first floor includes the shirting, suiting and furnishing collections. The second floor is the silk saree floor where Kalyan displays the sarees weaved in their own looms and other looms from various parts of India. The third floor is for ladies readymades, salwars, suits, churidars and lachas. Fourth floor is the exclusive territory of Kids and the fifth floor is for Gents.
Emmanuval Silks NRI Fest 2010

NRI shopping festival will be held at various branches of Emmanuval silks from June 12 onwards. This fest targets the NRI Keralites who are in their home towns for celebrating their vacation. The fest can provide a new shopping experience to the Kerala people.
The inauguration of the fest at the Thrissur showroom will be held by V.S Sunil Kumar MLA. Malayalam serial celebrity Arachana will be the chief guest of the function. The inauguration of NRI fest in the Kottayam Showroom will be by V.N. Vasavan MLA and actress Sajitha Betti, the Chief Guest.
The fest includes various category collections of apparels such as traditional, Hollywood style, Bollywood style etc.
Special exclusive Men’s wear section is organized with collections from international brands and special party wear dresses. Exclusive woman’s section is also fully loaded with various style dresses from all part of the world. Special Kids Club is also there featuring more vibrant and colorful life styles for the young blossoms.
Special Games Zone and attractive prizes and lucky draws will be conducted in association with this mass event.
Yesudas, Mamooty and Shobhana in the remake of Mile Sur Mera Tumhara | Phir Mile Sur
Mamootty, Shobhana, Dr. K.J. Yesudas and his son Vijay Yesudas in the remake of the India’s fabourate song Mile Sur Mera Tumhara. Mamooty is only actor from Malayalam got the chance with ‘Phir Mile Sur’. Dr. K. J. Yesudas and Vijay Yesudas sung together the famous stansa “Ente Swaravum, Ningalude Swaravum, othu cheernnaal Nammude Swaramaayi”. The actress and the famous Bharatnatyam Dancer Shobhana also got the chance to perform. This is really a great honour for all the Malayalees all around the world.
The song was actually recreated by the team of Zoom TV. In the new version of the ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’ more than 70 national icons are joined with it. The production took a total of 60 days, with the famous destinations in India like 13 famous cities and all. It took a 30 days of post production.
